Your emails deserve better than a template and a prayer.
I'm Lauren. I design email for founder-led brands that would rather sound like themselves than like a corporate newsletter. It looks like you, reads like you, and sells like hell.
Most email is designed by people who don't design.
Here's the good news: your list actually wants to hear from you. They opted in. They handed over their inbox on purpose. It's the one audience you own outright, no algorithm renting it back to you.
The bad news is what usually turns up: a stock template, the wrong font, a subject line written by committee. I'm a designer, not a marketer. Bathurst-based, twenty years in, including a good stretch designing for Peter Alexander, Kathmandu, Dotti and Portmans. These days that same firepower goes into brands and Squarespace websites for small businesses across regional NSW and Australia-wide.
Three ways to make your BUSINESS BLOW UP
Logo, palette, typography and a brand book you'll actually open. Built around who you are rather than who a template thinks you should be.
Email, done properly
Identity, art direction and the words to go with it, for founder-led brands too interesting to look like everyone else.
Brand with a pulse
Shopify and Squarespace builds with the copy, the structure and the brand thinking baked in, not bolted on.

Why I'm Different
I ran email at scale before "email designer" was a job title anyone advertised. At Spotlight that meant multiple versions across five markets turned around in hours, on brand, on time, every time. Then across Premier Retail Group, Peter Alexander, Kathmandu, Portmans and Dotti, same discipline throughout. Working five brands at once is exactly what teaches you to move fast inside someone else's brand guidelines without ever breaking them.
That's rare in this corner of the market. Most people offering email are marketers who design a bit, or designers having a go at Klaviyo. I'm a designer who ran an actual email factory, which is why the work looks the part and goes out on schedule.
You also get me on every send. Not an account manager, not a junior, not a queue.

Lauren brought Worship Me to life visually in a way I genuinely didn’t think was possible. The branding feels sacred and sensual, polished and powerful.
If you’re a founder with a bold vision and a brand that doesn’t fit in a box, Lauren is your person. She doesn’t water things down - she elevates them.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Yes, and that's a common starting point. I audit what's there, sort out what's salvageable, rebuild what isn't, and take the ongoing running off your plate. You don't need to tidy it up before we talk. That's the job.
-
Both, as part of the management retainer. Design, words and scheduling. If you have a copywriter you love, I'll work to their words. If you don't, that's included.
-
No. The retainer is month to month. If it's not working, you say so and we stop, no exit fee and no guilt trip. It stays because it's earning its place, not because you're locked in.
-
That's the one-off build. I design, write and build your core flows, hand them over working, and show you how to run them. No ongoing commitment.
-
Not at all. Klaviyo's the powerhouse for ecommerce, but I work across all three and I'll tell you honestly if the one you're on is the right fit for what you're doing.
-
Not in the slightest. Email is entirely remote work and most of my clients are nowhere near me. Regional postcode, national work.
Beige is a choice.
