Your business is the real deal. Time your brand caught up.
Brand identity, websites, GRAPHIC DESIGN and email design for founder-led businesses across Australia.
I'm Lauren — a Bathurst-based brand and web designer for founder-led businesses who are done playing nice with the Canva template. Twenty years deep in this industry, including years designing for Peter Alexander, Kathmandu and Dotti. These days I'm putting that same big-brand firepower into Squarespace websites and brands for independent businesses across regional NSW and Australia-wide — the kind that want to look expensive, sound like themselves, and actually get found on Google.
What I Actually Do
-

Brand Identity
Logo, palette, typography and tone of voice built around who you are not who a template thinks you should be!
From $2,600 -

Graphic Design
Social tiles, print campaigns, brochures, and signage, the design assets your business actually needs.
From $700 -

Website Design
Squarespace and Shopify sites that look the part, act responsively and convert. SEO-ready out of the box.
From $5,600 -

Email Design
Klaviyo, Flodesk, Mailchimp. Welcome flows, campaigns, automations that don't sound like a robot wrote them.
From $1,900
How It Works
Three steps. No surprises.
1. Fit Check (15 min, free) We work out whether we click and what you actually need. No pitch, no pressure.
2. Creative Unjam (90 min, $249) — optional If you're not sure what you need yet, we map the strategy and lock the scope. Credited back when you book the build.
3. Build & Launch Weekly check-ins, clean handover, 30-day launch warranty. Then you're live.
Full brand and website builds, or a smart refresh of what you already have.
Why I'm Different
TWENTY YEARS. ZERO CORPORATE STIFFNESS.
I've spent twenty years designing for some of Australia's biggest retailers — Peter Alexander, Kathmandu, Dotti, Portmans. I learned what makes commercial design actually work: not just look pretty, but sell, convert, and hold up under pressure.
Now I bring that same eye to founder-led businesses. Same standard. Different scale. None of the agency overhead.
If you've been burned by a designer who ghosted you, an agency that talked down to you, or a template that never quite fit — I'm probably the antidote.
Built for the businesses Bathurst actually has.
Brand identity, Squarespace websites, and considered design for tradies and builders, wellness practitioners, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and interior designers, architects and design-led residential studios across Central West NSW.
If you're a Bathurst founder-led business looking to stop looking smaller than you actually are, let's talk.
What People Are Saying
Lauren brought Worship Me to life visually in a way I genuinely didn’t think was possible. The branding feels sacred and sensual, polished and powerful.
If you’re a founder with a bold vision and a brand that doesn’t fit in a box, Lauren is your person. She doesn’t water things down - she elevates them.

Your Questions, Answered
-
Brand first, almost always. A website is your brand applied to a screen, so if the brand isn't settled you're just picking fonts twice and paying for it twice. If your logo is solid and it's only the site letting you down, we start at the site. If neither is quite right, we do both together and it works out cheaper than doing them six months apart. I'll tell you which one you're in on the Fit Check, and I'm not going to sell you a brand you don't need.
-
Then I got the brief wrong, and we go again. That's the job. But it very rarely happens, because I don't disappear for three weeks and reappear with a reveal. You see direction early, we talk about it while it's still cheap to change, and by the time you're looking at real concepts you already know what's coming. The designers who do the big dramatic unveil are the ones who end up with a client who hates it and is too polite to say so.
-
Sometimes, and I'll tell you honestly which. I audit what you've got first, design and content both, and I look at your analytics rather than guessing. If you're on Squarespace and the bones are decent, it's usually a redesign rather than a rebuild. If you're on WordPress without a developer on speed dial, it's usually a rebuild in Squarespace and you'll sleep better for it. Either way you get the real answer, not the one with the bigger invoice attached.
-
I don't, and here's what that's built on rather than just my word for it. Weekly check-ins so you always know exactly where things sit. Everything built in your own Squarespace account, in your name, so you own it from day one and nothing lives on my server. A clean handover at launch so you can run it yourself. I answer everything inside one business day, including the ones that start with "sorry, quick question". If you've been left holding a half-finished site by someone who stopped replying, you already know why all of that matters.
-
Not even slightly. I'm in Bathurst, but a good chunk of my clients are in Brisbane, Perth and Newcastle and I've never met most of them in person. What you get out of the postcode is senior-level work without paying for an account manager, a design director, a junior and a studio in Surry Hills. Same standard, different overhead.
